Avoid lying to yourself, keep on loving you. I understand that maybe you feel abandonment, but once you realize you are not alone ever cuz Spirit is with you that feeling will dissipate, because you are in a delight. 

Folks is leaving you you because they aren't meant to be in your life any longer. So don't believe that its because of you. Trust fols don't realize until your gone that you was the answer to fixing alot of their problems. There are even alot of their problems. There are even some who will come back to you because they need you to need them, but want to trick you into these reconnections. 

You are like everyone's favorite dessert and you aren't letting them devour you.

I guess its good they want to know if its because of them, but honestly it none of their concern anymore and don't keep thinking you owe them reassurance. Jut sit back and chill its truly ok to relax and not feel bad for not saving the day.
